Privacy Policy

This page explains what YTMP3 2.0 ("we", "us") does — and does not do — with information when you use the converter at https://orkana-apartments.pl. The short version: there are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and the only thing you ever type into the site is a YouTube link.

What we process

  • The YouTube link you paste. Your browser extracts the video ID from the link and sends it to our conversion service so the requested MP3 or MP4 can be prepared. The request is relayed to a third-party media-processing provider that performs the actual conversion; along with the video ID, the relay forwards your browser type and language preference (the standard User-Agent and Accept-Language headers) but not your IP address. We do not build a history of the links you convert, and we do not publish or share them.
  • The finished file. When the conversion is complete, your browser downloads the MP3 or MP4 directly from the media-processing provider's servers, so that provider, like any web host, receives your IP address for the duration of that download.
  • Technical request data. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the time of each request in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. This data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms and is not used by us to identify you.
  • Anonymous usage metrics. We record aggregated, non-identifying counters — for example which format was chosen, whether a conversion succeeded or failed and how long it took — so we can keep the service working. These metrics contain no personal data.

What we do not do

  • We do not require an account, email address, name or payment details.
  • We set no cookies of our own and use no tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party resources listed below may set technical cookies under their own policies.
  • We do not run advertising, ad networks or ad-tracking scripts.
  • We do not store the files you download in a library on this site; they are delivered directly to your browser.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade any data.

Third-party resources

Fonts and icons are served from this site. On the converter page your browser also loads one icon from cdn.jsdelivr.net, which receives the technical request data needed to serve that file; the page sends a no-referrer policy, so it is not told which page you were viewing. Our host, Cloudflare, also loads its cookieless Web Analytics beacon, which reports page-load performance and aggregate visit counts to us without cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

Because we hold no account data and no personal profile, there is nothing for you to delete or export. If you believe we hold information about you, or you have any question about this policy, write to legal@orkana-apartments.pl.

Children

YTMP3 2.0 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
