These terms govern your use of YTMP3 2.0, the YouTube to MP3 converter and MP4 downloader available at https://orkana-apartments.pl. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

YTMP3 2.0 lets you paste a link to a single YouTube video and receive that video's audio as an MP3 file or the video as an MP4 file. The service runs in your web browser; there is nothing to install and no account to create. It is provided free of charge.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the links you submit and for what you do with the files you download. You agree to use YTMP3 2.0 only for content that you own, that is licensed to you, or that the rights holder permits you to download — for example your own uploads, material released under a Creative Commons licence, or recordings you have explicit permission to keep.

  • Do not use the service to infringe copyright or any other right of a third party.
  • Do not use the service to redistribute, sell or publicly perform downloaded material without permission.
  • Do not attempt to overload, probe, scrape or interfere with the service, or to access it by automated means at scale.
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you.

3. Copyright and takedowns

We respect the rights of creators. If you are a rights holder and believe the service has been used to infringe your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA page and we will act on valid notices promptly.

4. No affiliation with YouTube

YTMP3 2.0 is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC or any of their affiliates. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC and is used here only to describe what the service works with.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Which videos can be converted, and at what quality, depends on the source video and on the media-processing provider we rely on, and may change without notice. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTMP3 2.0 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to these terms
